moyhi respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. compliance complies with the federal Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), the text of which can be viewed on the US Copyright Office’s website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf . We will respond to notices of copyright infringement claims that are properly submitted to us and in accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws. If you believe that any content has been copied or used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information:
- physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act on his behalf;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- A description of the allegedly infringing material or the subject of the infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate the material (such as a URL);
- your contact information, including your address, telephone number and e-mail address;

If you believe that your removed content is not actually infringing or you have the necessary rights to post your content, please send us a counter notification with the following information:
- physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act on his behalf;
- your physical or electronic signature (with your full legal name);
- determining Content that has been removed or disabled, and where it appeared before the Content was removed or disabled;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the Content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; And
- your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address and a statement that you will accept the transaction notification from the person who provided the original notification of the alleged infringement.
If we receive a counter-notice, we may send a copy of the counter-notice to the person claiming copyright infringement and notify that person that we may replace the removed content. Removed content may be changed, at moyhi’s sole discretion, within ten to fourteen business days or more of receipt of the counter-notice, unless the original person alleging copyright infringement sues the content provider, member or user.
Please note that making a counter notification may result in legal action between you and the complaining party to determine ownership. Note that negative legal consequences may arise in your country if you make a false or malicious claim using this process.
We reserve the right to remove allegedly infringing content without notice and at our sole discretion. under favorable conditions.
